Definite Chocolate makes bean to bar organic chocolate from country of origin Dominican Republic cacao beans. Definite Chocolate is made in small batches in Santo Domingo, where they transform organic single origin and single estate cacao with traditional techniques into award-winning chocolates and other cacao-based products.

You have to try their Coffee & Sea Salt - its not pieces of coffee like you would expect. The cacao and sea salt is finely ground, to the point that the coffee is subtle.

Production Techniques

Definite Chocolate sourced local ingredients from local growers. They work closely with the farmers to grow, harvest, ferment and dry the single origin cacao, as a way to improve the cacao quality and support the businesses and livelihoods of the local Dominican farmers. You can taste it!
