My dad’s from Lebanon and garlic sauce is a traditional food staple in Lebanon, kind of like how Americans use ketchup. I wanted to give it a shot at selling garlic sauce I grew up on. It’s my grandma’s recipe. My mom learned the recipe from my dad’s sister and then my mom taught me. It’s a product that is literally what my grandmother would make in her kitchen. I put it in a jar and sell it and try to stay true as possible to how people in Lebanon would make it for their families.
