His Red Rock earned "Best in Class" at the U.S. Cheese Championship. Truly unique and delicious, this naturally bloomy-rinded cheddar is cave aged over two months. The brilliant color comes from the centuries-old European tradition of adding annatto to the curd, and the sparse blue veins are from just a touch of blue cheese culture added to the mix.
