Starting with a blend of sweet wildflower and clover honey and extra-spicy habanero peppers, this honey spends three months aging in charred white oak bourbon barrels. The final product imbues AR's hallmark sweet and hot honey with dreamy, decadent notes of bourbon, caramel, chocolate, and vanilla.
Serve with milder cheeses, bread, and fruit to allow its subtle layers to shine. Also delicious on fried chicken, pizza, or ice cream and adds depth to dressings, marinades, or cocktails.
