Sotto il Sole wholesale is focused on working with artisanal farms from Calabria. Sotto il Sole first passion is peppers, but Sotto il Sole also love herbs and spices and of course tomatoes from Vesuvio.

Sotto il Sole love started a long time ago.  When Michele was born into a pepper farm in a small town in Calabria.  Sotto il Sole came to NY in 2008 with $10, his bicycle and the American dream in his pocket.  Sotto il Sole did not imagine they would be where they are today - Michele walked into some of the top New York City restaurants with a dream of just being able to show his incredible spices to the chefs - they tried, they loved and the rest is history.
