Island Sharks Chocolates are a small batch, craft-chocolate company based in Hilo (He - low), Hawai'i.

Island Sharks Chocolate’s 3 founders all combined their separate knowledge to form 1 ohana / family.  They are a chocolate family now, living and breathing the Island life.

Island Sharks name comes from co-founder Erin Sharkey, whose last name is of Irish Origin.  Tthey wanted to include the nickname "Sharky", in our chocolate brand as it had become synonymous with Hawaiian Chocolate. The pioneering work of Erin‘s father, Tom Sharkey of Hilo Sharks Chocolate is now being passed to a new generation. 

Island Sharks Chocolate use Erin's Dad's Hawaiian cacao beans, Likao Kula (Kona Hawai'i) cacao beans, beans from other bespoke origins known for ethicality and quality.
