Hot Luck Club’s signature hotsauce is a blend of 3 Chillies fermented with traditional kimchi aromats - think pear, daikon, shallots, garlic, carrots.. A drizzling sauce that is more flavour than spice, made to go on pretty much anything! Also serves as a cooking companion when you want to add a bit of spice and acidity to your dishes.
MUSHROOM & BLACK GARLIC XO
Hot Luck Club‘s trademark XO, made from house fermented mushrooms, black garlic, leeks and traditional XO base of garlic, ginger, shallots and chilli. This addictive oil is simmered for hours to give it a real depth of flavour. An homage to the classic, but giving it a bit of a Hotluck twist. Try with your favourite pasta, fried rice, scrambled eggs, or stir fried greens.
MEGA F*SH SAUCE
Hot Luck Club’s take on a VEGAN fish sauce. Originally created to ferment kimchi, this super soy is created by infusing fermented mushrooms, spices, and kombu in white soy. Great depth and a balanced salinity makes it the perfect substitute for any recipe that calls for salt or soy sauce. Try making a dressing by combining it with sesame oil, lime juice and chilli!
SUPER CHILLI SPRINKLE
This full bodied chilli salt is made by dehydrating Hot Luck Club’s hotsauce chilli mash over 24 hours. This concentrates all the aromats and makes a punchy salt that is great sprinkled on your morning avocado, buttered popcorn, eggs, roast veg, or even cocktails!
