The Hound's Bourbon-Soaked Salt is a calculated mixture of Bourbon Barrel smoked sea salt and Bourbon-soaked Sea salt. The aroma blends a smooth smokiness with vanilla and sweet bourbon notes. You will see a beautiful color variation between the two types. Use this as a finishing salt for a steak, a pork chop, rim a cocktail, sprinkle on a caramel sauce finished ice cream sundae, and on deviled eggs and a salad with apple slices
