Welcome to Caplansky’s Deli. Opened in 2008 and continuing today, everything in the Deli is made from scratch, in small batches, just the way I was taught in my Nana’s tiny kitchen.

These values run deep. My great-grandfather Duckman was a Kosher butcher. My great-grandmother Goodman owned a deli on Spadina Ave in Toronto. Four generations of our family have proudly served the food we celebrate with to families like yours. Nothing makes me happier than knowing people are discovering and enjoying our food together with their own families.

We continue to stone mill our mustard and prepare our all natural recipes in small batches. You can trust a deli to have great mustard.
