This beautiful, savory, chunky mix is made from California sun dried figs and Michigan grown cherries that are slow cooked for hours in Denver's own Stem Ciders Real Dry cider, a cider dry fermented from fresh Pacific Northwest apples that is crisp and light. Organic mustard powder and two kinds of organic mustard seeds are added with fresh cracked black pepper and organic red pepper flakes. Finishing out the spice additions we add a generous serving of the incredible Culture Chocolates cacao nibs for an unexpected chocolately bite.
