The Hamptons Guide
In partnership with our friends at Oishii
Two words: plan ahead.
The Hamptons’ roster of greatest hits—Italian spreads at Nick & Toni’s, the lobster roll of a lifetime at Duryea’s, a bit of everything clean and beautiful at Sag Harbor—is as deep as ever this year. But in keeping with the times, there are still some restrictions in place, and reservations are necessary for pretty much everything. This is the summer to lean in to the serenity of the East End and all the seasonal joys it has to offer. Hit the beach at Ditch Plains for a surf lesson. Bike the scenic stretch to the lighthouse. Embrace new-to-the-area galleries and art dealers like Berggruen and Skarstedt by scheduling private viewings. Commit to a Saturday morning workout session. Look forward to birria tortillas at the just-opened Rita Cantina and oysters at La Fin. As for breakfast, take advantage of incredible takeout and bountiful farm stands for an at-home spread.
Two more words: happy summering.
