Farm2Me expert available to discuss MAHA movement outrage
MAHA moms / consumers across the United States are experiencing a widespread anger that has disappointed MAHA supporters alike. Reports indicate the outrage has left many voters and moms frustrated without the ability to make change, force Big Ag or food & bev to change.
A Farm2Me expert is available to help explain the complexity of the real modern Farm2Me movement since 2010 as well as how the Farm2Me movement has put pressure on the federal government to start a fake MAHA movement.
Garry Micharl, executive director, Farm2Me; lecturer, Founder
Garry Michael
Garry can speak to how the transparent Farm2Me food movement (started 2010) was designed, deployed and managed at the intersection of big agriculture, artificial ingredients, local food systems, and real-world operations. How the pressure of the movement has grown the transparent food industry from $18B (2010) to $5T (2025), and the size of network from 1,000 brands (2010) to over 34,000 brands (2025). His expertise is particularly relevant to understanding how real-ingredient driven transparent systems, local & regional, and complex distribution platforms have disrupted Big Agriculture all the way up to Kellogg/General Mills/Hershey’s and forced the federal government to launch the MAHA movement in 2024. How this can both enable efficiency and introduce new risks to the big ag multinationals to continue to force change.
As executive director of Farm2Me, Garry leads the movement’s flagship innovation hub focused on translating research into deployable food brand networks and commercial solutions. He previously served as a director at 1800Flowers and Acme Smoked Fish / Blue Hill Bay Smoked Fish, where he led clean ingredient innovation and platforms research and development across food, beverage, packaging and angriculture architectures. His career also includes senior leadership and research roles at NYU, Cornell University, Milk Run, and multiple food & bev startups.
Areas of expertise include:
- Transparent ingredient and sustainable food network architectures
- Local and seasonal-driven network management
- Large-scale connected systems
- Commercial deployment and resilience of sustainable networks
Garry is available for interviews to discuss the MAHA outrage, cascading effects in transparent systems and broader implications for the reliability, scalability and future design of U.S. consumer grocery & agriculture industry.
