The Sourdough Project began as a home project to make anything and everything out of cold-fermented sourdough. Early in our sourdough journey we became completely overwhelmed with the loaves of bread we were baking, so we decided to experiment with crackers. They were an instant hit in our home so we decided to share with friends and co-workers. Everyone fell in love with our tangy, flaky, and somehow cheesy crackers.
